Age Management Masterclass results: the multiplier event

The multiplier event for Age Management Masterclass project was organised on 29th March 2021 by ASIE, with the help of Tehnical High-School of Mecatronics and Automation in Iasi, who agreed to make the premises available and advertise the event among interested students and teachers.

Participants to the event were students (in graduating year), VET teachers, ASIE volunteers and stakeholders, strategic economical partners of both ASIE and LTMA, university representatives, active retired people.

The event included the general presentation of the project and the partnership. A great deal of debate was issued around the age management concept itself, together with possible applications or understanding in local Romanian companies. The most interesting aspects of the event were the innovative approaches of the study cases (the selected presented ones were Aadvo (Romania), Roma Capitale (Italy) and Vincit (Finland).

The overall feedback of participants was very positive, the topic was considered of maximum importance at local but also European level and most of the partners agreed to be informed about the final results/website of the project.

New Erasmus+ project, Cultural Heritage Awareness for Regional Traditions (CHART) starting!

The new Erasmus+ CHART project (Cultural Heritage Awareness for Regional Traditions) has just started!

The partnership reunited (online) to brainstorm about the main core of this project and setup the milestones for future. It’s all about preservation/restoration process of cultural heritage assets and, beyond that, promotion of tourism policies and processes and the cultural, ethnographic and religious values that such assets embody.

CHART project proposes a new innovative practical introduction to concepts which are not known and widely used at European level:

1. Cultural mapping/cultural maps – as an ‘action journey’ undertaken specifically to identify, investigate or reclaim community values.

2. Heritage interpretations – aiming to reveal meanings and relationships through the use of original objects, by firsthand experience, and by illustrative media.

3. Heritage learning – full range of potential activities intended to heighten public awareness and enhance understanding of cultural heritage.

The final products of CHART project will reflect these key concepts and will be usable by a wide range of beneficiaries and stakeholders with full impact on local and regional level and significant progress at National and European level.
