Final Transnational Project Meeting in Rome, for COVET project
On February 10, 2023, the last meeting of the COVET project took place, in the beautiful city of Rome, our host being the Archivio della Memoria organization.
The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the status of each result and final product of the project. The coordinating institution, Proeduca, made a detailed review of every relevant aspect related to the results and, together with the other partners, established the steps to follow for the successful completion of the project. The dissemination and valorization activities were also discussed, especially the multiplication events that will be organized by each participating organization, at the national level, towards the end of February.
The meeting was fruitful, the dialogue was constructive and applied to solving all the essential aspects of the implementation, and the atmosphere was cordial and very pleasant.
Follow the project website where you will find soon the final results: need analysis, Covet curriculum, containing a complete Training Program and over 35 Lesson examples, all accompanied and detailed in the Covet Guide.

COVET online monitoring meeting
Today the European partners of the COVET project met to discuss the status of the project’s main results and future milestones for their completion. The partners reviewed the training materials and the 24 innovative lessons, as well as the way in which these materials will be published, in the most accessible way, on the project’s website.
The project will include in its last stage an extensive evaluation session, both peer evaluation and expert evaluation for all the results of the project and for the usability of the website.
At the beginning of 2023, each partner will organize specific multiplication events through which the project products will be disseminated to the widest possible category of users in the VET educational field.

COVET LTTA in Vigo, Spain June 2022
7 COVET project partners have met during three days in June (14,15,16) 2022 in beautiful Vigo, Spain under a joint-staff training activity to train the VET participants on how to teach VET online contents. Our host, the Daniel Castelao Professional Training Center in Vigo has organized a wonderful venue for all the partners. The professional experts at this Centre have shared from their own practice to all the participants, perfect lesson examples, personal experiences in adapting the teaching to the online environment. Challenges and solutions for various VET approaches, great reflection of ongoing continuous teachers learning!
This LTTA provides the crucial evaluation and proof of feasibility of the outputs so far, also
the feedback from the LTTA will help to finalize the draft of IO2 and IO3. Learning by doing has been the main objective of this LTTA. Thank you, Daniel Castelao!
COVET – monthly online meeting no. 5
COVET project partners have met today, 6th of April 2022 on Google Meet to discuss the last details before finalising the content of second intellectual output of the project, the training programme for teachers&trainers. The content has been split into training Modules and partners have agreed on the new set up deadlines of their new tasks.
The partners have discussed about the project’s next LTTA meeting in Vigo, Spain in June 2022 where VET participants must test the usefulness and feasibility of the developed guide and curriculum. But more about these next June.
COVET – monthly online meeting no. 4
COVET project partners have met today, 7 February 2022 on Google Meet to establish the final form and structure of the second intellectual output of the project, the training programme for teachers&trainers. Our Czech coordinator, ProEduca, has described the preliminary content of this output in order to have a clearer image of the tasks we are going to perform within this exciting project.
During the meeting partners have discussed on all aspects of the second output in order to deliver the exact training the teachers need to develop an online lesson for their students.
The CPD program will be so effective due to its step-by-step frame which will act as a practical guide for VET teachers. There have been proposed 10 modules for this training programme.
Lesson plan examples will help the partners in providing the best materials which will be the basis of this training.
COVET 2nd transnational project meeting in Rome, October 2021
The 7 partners of COVET Erasmus+ project had finally the opportunity to meet in a mixed meeting. Why mixed? Well some partners joined the meeting in person, while the others have participated online to all the activities organized by our lovely Italian hosts, Archivio della Memoria. The meeting took place on 7 and 8th of October 2021 and it was a real success for the development of the project.
During these two days, COVET partners have discussed about teachers and their survival during pandemics, about the forced and needed improvement of their skills and about the opportunity we have to help them thanks to this project. Our teams will develop a training programme which will get the teacher to the next step in order to be better prepared when required.
So, how do we help teachers to have better skills, to be those professionals they are expected to be? Which is the right methodology to upskill a teacher? Well, this is what ASIE and the rest of the partners have brainstormed about and the results shall be seen in the next stages of our interesting project.
COVET – Needs Analysis Survey
Within the Erasmus + COVET project (2020-1-CZ01-KA226-VET-094350), a team of 7 European countries wants to develop resources for online teaching in vocational and technical education (VET). By participating in this questionnaire, thanks to the recent pandemic experience, in 5 minutes you can share your needs regarding the delivery of educational content online. COVET – monthly meeting no. 2
COVET project partners have met today, June 2nd, 2021 on Google Meet to establish the final form of the draft survey included in IO1. During the meeting partners have discussed on all aspects of the survey on the needs of our target groups, VET teachers and VET schools’ staff.
The survey is essential due to its objective to develop a CPD program to contribute to the general upgrade of the quality of the provided education, the level of digital literacy of the VET trainers, the level of quality of the training delivery.
There’s nothing more important than free support given to teachers to strive through these difficult pandemic times!
COVET – meeting no. 1, April 2021
COVET project partners have met today, April 28th, 2021 to establish the methodology of the IO1. During the meeting partners have discussed about possible ideas for the survey on the needs of our target groups which will be the basis of the future training program for VET teachers developed within this project. COVET comes with new energy and very interesting and topical subjects.
