Between October 5-6, 2023, the hybrid Transnational Project Meeting within the Flipped VET project took place, hosted by the project’s leading partner, BDA, in Riga (Latvia).
The partners acknowledged that the materials developed in the project and the created e-learning platform are of high quality and practical use for both educators working in partner organizations and other representatives of vocational education and training institutions. This was evidenced by the interest shown in the project’s results presentation events held in each partner country in September.
Furthermore, discussions were held regarding the activities necessary to ensure that the information about the developed materials and the e-learning platform reaches a wide audience, including representatives from vocational education institutions and companies implementing work-based training, after the project concludes.
The meeting was attended by project partners from: Muğla Üniversitesi (Turkey); ProEduca z.s.(Czech Republic); Archivio della Memoria (Italy); Centro Superior de Formación Europa Sur (Spain); EIA – Ensina, Investigacao e Administracao S.A., the instituting entity of ATLANTICA – Instituto Universitario (Portugal). Representatives from Asociatia Pentru Sprijinirea Initativelor Educationale (Romania) participated remotely.

From 20th to 22nd of September 2023, the Flipped VET project partners met in Lisbon, at Atlântica Projects for a successful LTTA.
We had a great time, putting in practice what we’ve learnt during the project so far and reviewing the project outputs produced. We also had the opportunity to get inspired by the latest digital tools and innovative techniques in vocational education via hands-on workshops.
The multiplier event for DIGITALISING VET: THE FLIPPED WORK-BASED LEARNING, nr. 2021-1-LV01-KA220-VET-000025117, project was organized on 4th March 2023 by ASIE, with the help of Technical High-School of Mechatronics and Automation in Iasi, who agreed to make the premises available and advertise the event among interested teachers.
Participants to the event were VET teachers, ASIE volunteers and stakeholders of both ASIE and LTMA.
The event included the general presentation of the project, the project results, and the partnership. A great deal of debate was issued around the flipped learning concept itself, together with possible applications or understanding in local Romanian schools. The most interesting aspects of the event were the innovative approaches of the project results and platform.
The overall feedback of participants was very positive, the topic was considered of maximum importance at local but also European level and most of the partners agreed to be informed about the website and the platform of the project.

On July 28, 2023, the partners of the Flipped VET project (Digitalising VET: The Flipped Work-Based Learning) met to discuss the implementation stage of the project.
The learning materials and quizzes are already translated into Romanian on Moodle and we discussed about the LTT in Portugal (in the second half of September). Also, in September the Multiplier Event will take place.

Between July 5-6, 2023, the hybrid Transnational Project Meeting within the Flipped VET project took place, hosted by our partners, MSKU, in Mugla.
The meeting was a good opportunity to participate in productive workshops on uploading all partners’ native language learning materials to the project’s Moodle platform (this task will be completed by the end of July).
Learning materials will also be posted on the project website, https://flippedvet.bda.lv/, in .pdf format.
At the meeting we have also discussed about the multiplier events that will take place in September-October, about the LTT in Lisbon (Portugal) and LTM in Riga (Latvia).

Yesterday we met again, and we discussed about the projects’ Moodle platform. The English version of the toolkit is already uploaded, and we will translate it soon into Romanian.
In the Flipped VET project Asociatia pentru Sprijinirea Initiativelor Educationale – ASIE has created one of the seven learning modules focused on how to create and share digital contents with our students.
The module 5 (Digital Contents Creation) aims to present different types of digital contents using the proper tools to create learning materials and share them with your students.
Module 5 also offers assessment tests and peer-mentoring work to contribute the consolidation of learning.
At the end of this module, you will be able to:
Other project partners have also developed new learning materials, so that anyone interested in professional education and the workplace (such as trainers, company managers, instructional designers, HR specialists, etc.) can learn the course content and independently implement flipped learning in their professional education institutions and businesses.
In May, all learning modules created by project partners will be available on the project website https://flippedvet.bda.lv
Good news! Today’s meeting was a productive one in which we discussed about the learning guide, the 3 subsections corresponding to the 7 modules (the intro, recap and peer mentoring homework wil be ready soon), and last but not least the development of a Flipped Work-based toolkit. Also, the moodle platform is taking shape and will contain all the materials that have been produced within the project.
The team will meet online in March to discuss the details regarding the development of the next results of the project.
Partners, coming from 7 different countries, gathered in České Budějovice (Czech Republic) for the second transnational project meeting of this Erasmus+ project to review the work done so far and organize the next steps.

Here is the agenda of the two days’ meeting.
The project is already halfway and projected activities for the second result (R2) start to be seen. These activities must be finished before April 30, 2023. Our experts have already deliberated on their review form required to start the next activity of the R2: Development of the Flipped Work-based Training Materials. Due to the workshop provided by the Turkish partner, MSKU, we have already started thinking of the whole content ideas and we brainstormed good and inspired thoughts on the main body of this stage.
We would like to thank the Czech partner, ProEduca, for hosting us in lovely České Budějovice.
Although summer is here, Flipped VET team has met online today, July 28th 2022 to continue the wonderful work plan for this interesting and useful project for the Flipped Model lovers.

During 3 hours and 30 minutes the project team comprised of 16 participants today have discussed about the whole IO2 (A1, A2, A3), about the Learning Guide and the Expert Review Form coordinated by MSKU (Turkey). MSKU has also proposed a mixture of training materials with different lengths/modules/activities which could be a real help for the target group our project aims.
MSKU has presented the structure of the modules each partner will prepare and we have discussed on all possibilities, content framework and sub-sections.
MSKU has also presented information on the Toolkit of the project, starting with Canva, a great tool to prepare videos, graphics, photos (with a font library), animations. These tools can be used by the VET providers in the digitization process of VET services.
After that, the Project’s development and progress were discussed by the partners, deadlines have been established and further steps to be taken during the summer in order to prepare everything needed for the next face-to-face meeting in October in Ceske Budejovice in Czech Republic.
