Age Management Masterclass results: the multiplier event

The multiplier event for Age Management Masterclass project was organised on 29th March 2021 by ASIE, with the help of Tehnical High-School of Mecatronics and Automation in Iasi, who agreed to make the premises available and advertise the event among interested students and teachers.

Participants to the event were students (in graduating year), VET teachers, ASIE volunteers and stakeholders, strategic economical partners of both ASIE and LTMA, university representatives, active retired people.

The event included the general presentation of the project and the partnership. A great deal of debate was issued around the age management concept itself, together with possible applications or understanding in local Romanian companies. The most interesting aspects of the event were the innovative approaches of the study cases (the selected presented ones were Aadvo (Romania), Roma Capitale (Italy) and Vincit (Finland).

The overall feedback of participants was very positive, the topic was considered of maximum importance at local but also European level and most of the partners agreed to be informed about the final results/website of the project.

Third transnational teaching, training, learning event in Austria – Age Management Masterclass project

Between 3-6 February 2020, a new learning & training meeting was organised in Austria, for Age Management project.

In beautiful Stoob we learnt about Weiberwirtschaft (www.weiberwirtschaft.org) in a context of a social entreprise aimed at helping women having difficulties in joining the working labour market and the age management concept of FBST – Frauenberatungsstelle.

Together with hosts, we discovered age management on the site – the elder trainees at Weiberwirtschaft helped us to learn how to make typical Austrian cookies.

It was a wonderful time and wonderful learning experience!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Second transnational teaching, training, learning event in Finland – Age Management Masterclass project

The learning event in Finland was a good opportunity for our international group to discover new features of age management in companies such as Saarioinen or Vincit and to share information, experiences and practices all together in a beautiful environment.

First transnational teaching, training, learning event in Italy – Age Management Masterclass project

The first short staff training event of the AMM Erasmus+ European funded project took place in Rome between 5-7 June 2019.

During 3 days of joint work, participants explored best practices in age management and enjoyed the beauties of Rome.

Italian study cases for age management included some powerful and important institutions such as:

Roma Capitale (analysis and possible actions to enhance the temporarily inadequate educational staff; Interventions to manage and support the professional change of staff temporarily unsuitable for the specific task, which, also due to aging, is forced to transform their profession).

Sapienza University – research project on Age Management between teaching and analysis (The project in the project: AMO, Age Management Observatory)

INAPP researches on Age Management attitudes and practices and technological innovation. Results from surveys and training issues.

 

First transnational project meeting for Age Management Masterclass Erasmus+ project

In early December, members of ASIE attended first transnational meeting for Age Management Masterclass Erasmus+ project.

The meeting has been organised by the coordinator organisation, Proeduca in Czeske Budejovice, Czech Republic. The other participants, partners in AMM project were from Archivio della Memoria (Italy), Sastamalan kaupunki (Finland) and Frauenberatungsstelle Oberpullendorf (Austria).

 

 

For 2 days we debated the main topics and challenges of the project in order to start the implementation phase and arrive to the final positive results.
