The Erasmus+ project entitled “Holistic Approach for Upskilling Competences of SMEs, VET Institutions and VET Providers for Preparing the Future Works in the Digital Era” has a wonderful acronym that ASIE team loves: HOLUP.
ASIE members have participated during 23rd – 24th September 2021 in the wonderful city of Mugla, Turkey to the first transnational meeting of the aforementioned project. We had the opportunity, together with our hosts, to establish clear objectives and activities for our next steps within the project. Both the online participants, as well as the in situ ones, we were concerned during the couple of days only by the analysis of the existing competences of SMEs and VET institutions/providers in partner countries as well as the analysis of the expected future competences of SMEs and VET institutions/providers in partner countries. Everything discussed to the meeting shall be put into a so much needed guide for upskilling competences.
