**Digitalising VET: The Flipped Work-Based Learning (Flipped VET)**

Good news! The Flipped VET Work-Based Learning Curriculum is ready and has been translated by all the project partners into their native languages. The Flipped Work-based Learning Curriculum: Digitalization of the Work-based Learning (How to design The Flipped Work-based Learning) is a tool which enables work-based learning to be implemented in a digital environment. It provides information on how to design flipped work-based activities when the trainers wants to change the teaching style to a remote one.

The partners are intensely preparing for the face-to-face meeting that will take place in Portugal at the end of May. It is a long-awaited and needed moment, after too much time working online. We discussed the important aspects of the work agenda as well as important organizational aspects. All partner institutions will have direct representatives at the learning event and certain key people who cannot physically participate will be with us online.

Final achievement we aim for Portugal meeting is focusing on encouraging reflection on pedagogical practices on cultural heritage and diversity learning and training, encouraging understanding and transfer of cross-cultural experiences and practices, thus building cultural competency.
